Join our growing team at Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest in Pooler, GA. We are seeking experienced window installation sub‑contracting crews. No weekends, average $250,000‑300,000 per year (paid weekly). Year‑round work.

• 3+ years installing residential windows and doors
• Excellent carpentry skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Enclosed trailer or truck equipped with metal brake and tools
• Fully insured (liability, auto, workers’ comp)
• Able to bend, lift, stoop, lift up to 90 lbs without help
• High organizational and time‑management skills
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Average pay for a 2‑3 person crew $250,000‑300,000 per year, paid weekly
• Year‑round work—including winter months (no weekends)
• Job materials and dumpsters provided at no cost
• Devoted managers assist with smooth project completion
• Pay varies based on volume and work completed
