Job Description:

Top Out Supervisor Jenkins Plumbing Company Position Summary Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced and dependable Top Out Supervisor to oversee plumbing installations during the top-out phase of residential new construction projects. This position is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring compliance with company standards and plumbing codes.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing top-out crews.

Oversee the installation of water supply, drain, waste, and vent systems.

Ensure plumbing installations meet building codes, blueprints, and company quality standards.

Monitor job progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Conduct job site inspections and address workmanship deficiencies.

Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to maintain productivity.

Communicate with builders, project managers, and other trades.

Train, mentor, and provide guidance to field employees.

Enforce company safety policies and job site procedures.

Ensure job sites are prepared for required plumbing inspections.

Qualifications Previous experience in residential new construction plumbing required.

Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and building codes.

Ability to manage multiple job sites and meet deadlines.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
