Vertical Stack Plumbing Construction Superintendent; Multifamily​/Hospitality

Can you orchestrate complex plumbing installs across dozens of floors?

Horizon delivers large-scale multifamily and hotel projects throughout Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Colorado, and other high-growth regions. We’re hiring a superintendent to steer day-to-day field operations on vertically stacked, multi-unit builds.

Ask yourself...Do you keep multiple subcontractor crews aligned and productive on tight schedules?

Can you verify layouts from underground to trim-out and catch issues before they ripple up the stack?

Are you fluent in codes, specs, and inspector expectations—and confident coordinating with local jurisdictions?

Do you thrive in the field, leading by example and maintaining a safe, organized site?

What you’ll doRun daily plumbing operations for large, vertically stacked apartments and hotels.

Lead and coordinate subcontractor crews to meet productivity and schedule targets.

Ensure installations meet Horizon standards, project specifications, and local codes.

Oversee onsite material logistics to support uninterrupted execution.

Schedule and coordinate inspections; maintain open communication with AHJs.Confirm accurate plumbing layouts and installations from underground through final trim.

Complete and submit daily and weekly reports.

Champion a safety-first, professional jobsite culture.

Must-haves

Expertise in plumbing systems for vertically stacked, multi-floor buildings.
5+ years in plumbing construction on multi-story residential or hospitality projects.

Proven success managing 200+ unit (or similar scale) jobs end-to-end.

Strong plan/spec reading and interpretation skills for multifamily work.

Leadership, communication, and organizational strength.

Ability to manage competing priorities and hit deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

Bluebeam and Hilti Total Station experience.

OSHA 30.State plumbing licenses are not required on every project.
