Job Description:
CDL-A Shuttle Driver / Warehouse Associate
- Hourly Pay
- Home Daily

• Home daily
• $21.50 per hour
• $3,000 referral bonusfor each qualified driver referred
• Averages 8 hours of work per day
  - Overtime after 40 hours worked per week
• Monday-Friday schedule with some weekend work required as needed
• Shuttling CAT parts from yard to the warehouse plus forklift and other warehouse related duties as assigned

CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years
• At least 6 months of recent flatbed driving experience within the last 3 years
• Valid CDL-A license
• DOT qualified
• Ability to perform tight backing maneuvers
• Forklift certification preferred (training available if needed)
• Must pass a comprehensive drug screening
• Satisfactory safety and employment history

TA Dedicated is hiring for a hybrid CDL-A Shuttle/ Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for safely moving trailers to and from loading docks using a yard truck, ensuring they are correctly positioned for loading and unloading. This role requires strong coordination with dispatchers, drivers, warehouse personnel, supervisors, and managers to ensure efficient flow and communication. Adhering to all safety protocols while operating equipment is essential.

The ideal candidate must also be comfortable working in the warehouse, as some days may be spent entirely on warehouse tasks. Forklift operation is required, and training can be provided if needed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Saturday work required as needed. A guaranteed 40-hour work week is offered. Other related duties may be assigned as needed.
