We are looking for a detail‑driven Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate kit assembly, and keep materials moving efficiently from dock to production.

Hours & PaySchedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Type: Temp‑to‑hire
Daily Responsibilities- Operate a sit‑down forklift to move parts from the dock to the kitting area.
- Verify materials, issue parts, compile kits, and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Utilize basic computer skills or an RF scanner to track materials and issue parts via cell phone.
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, receiving, put‑away, and material movement.
- Support general warehouse functions, including sorting, loading, picking, packing, and replenishment.
- Maintain strong attendance, follow safety procedures, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted as required.
- Work safely in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (can be hot in summer).
- Approximately 2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn stand‑up forklift operation if needed.
- Ability to work amid regular forklift traffic and varying noise levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Basic computer proficiency or RF scanner experience.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Dress code: jeans or khakis, t‑shirt or polo, and steel‑toe shoes required (no shorts or sweats).
