Warehouse Shipping Coordinator
Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Summary: The Shipping Coordinator coordinates shipment deliveries accurately and timely, working with product teams, drivers, and sales reps.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 06:30 AM – 05:00 PM; 2 Saturdays/month 06:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Compensation: Hourly, non‑exempt at $19.75 – $22.75/hr overtime at 1.5× base. Annual equivalent $56,900 – $73,900 plus bonuses.
Responsibilities- Schedules and coordinates deliveries with drivers and sales people.
- Work with product team to maintain accurate inventory.
- Maintains a high level of efficiency in the movement of trucks.
- Performs clerical duties as needed.
- Responds to other departments inquiries.
- Controls warehouse activities including will calls, container unloading activities and transfers.
- Enforces MSI's safety policies in warehouse.
- Performs additional duties as required and/or requested.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have 1 or more years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
