Job SummaryThe Inventory Specialist is responsible for executing and overseeing the cycle counting process to ensure accuracy and integrity of our product. Primary focus is on conducting regular, systematic counts of inventory items, maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory, identifying discrepancies and implementing efficient inventory control procedures.
Work HoursMonday to Friday 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM, 2 Saturdays/month 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities- Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain data related to shipping activities.
- Conduct and manage the physical inventory process for all products.
- Monitor and/or conduct physical inventory counts, analyze variances, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform cycle counting daily.
- Operate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.
- High School Education or equivalent required.
- 1 year of inventory experience required.
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
- One (1) year of experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to use a computer or tablet is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
- Must handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; communicate verbally.
- Frequently walks, stands, occasionally sits.
- Regularly lifts, pulls, and moves up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 70 pounds.
