SummaryThis position’s purpose is to provide support services to the Veterans Benefits Administration by servicing veterans calls related to benefits offered by the VBA. The location of this work will be within a 50 miles radius of a VA facility that can provide on-site technology Support. Sites can be located by visiting https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).-locations
Responsibilities- Submit and monitor onboarding and offboarding tickets for equipment and access.
- Monitors issuance of Government Furnished Equipment, headphones, and access
- Ensure new hires have Personal Identification Verification exemptions
- Coordinate nesting partners for new hires during and after training
- Communicate any status changes of staff to Workforce Management and Training Sections, when required
- Associate or bachelor’s in business administration or management preferred
- Prior administrative or program support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work well with others and contribute and maintain professional relationships
- Experience with program or project management software like MS Project
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- 2-3 Years of previous call center experience preferred
