Administrative Office Assistant

We are looking for an individual to join our office team. This is a full-time, permanent position — please only apply if you can work Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, and are looking for a permanent career. Must be efficient and knowledgeable with basic computer skills.

Schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Full-time, permanent position.

• Data entry.
• Inventory.
• Stocking parts.
• Answering a multi phone line system.
• Other office duties as assigned.

• Efficient and knowledgeable with basic computer skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Looking for a permanent career, not a temporary or seasonal role.

• Office-based role — primarily seated at a desk with computer and phone use throughout the day.
• Occasional light lifting for inventory and stocking parts.
• Reliable, punctual attendance during scheduled office hours.
