** skilled, caring Orthodontic Assistant
** to join our fun, patient-focused practice. If you’re a motivated team player with orthodontic or dental assisting experience and a passion for helping others, we’d love to meet you!
** What You’ll Do
*** Partner with the Orthodontist during exams and treatments to ensure each patient receives top-notch care.
* Prepare and maintain operatories and equipment — keeping things organized, clean, and ready to go.
* Assist with orthodontic procedures such as placing/removing wires, bands, and retainers.
* Take digital scans and help fabricate custom appliances and retainers.
* Educate and support patients on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.
* Keep accurate treatment notes and collaborate with your teammates to deliver amazing results.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Would like some Orthodontic Assistant experience, but will consider all candidates.
* Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, tools, and terminology.
* Positive, patient-first attitude and strong communication skills.
* A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team.
