Administers the appraisal review function. Primary duties include reviewing appraisal reports and recommending additions and deletions to the approved appraiser database.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Perform or review in‑house evaluations.
• Train other employees in appraisal analysis.
• Resolve appraisal errors/deficiencies.
• Maintain capitalization rate and market sales database.
• Manage approved appraiser list.
• Approve temporary appraiser requests.

QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Expertise in oral and written communication.
• Expertise in analysis and decision support.
• Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and manage deadlines.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
• Five years’ experience in appraisal review, commercial real estate, and finance preferred. Experience may replace formal education requirement.
