You will join China Network Component Team and base in Suzhou, your main responsibilities are:
- Supprot manage overall production
- Two areas production, Work with factory monthly industrial efficiency control for labor, Other variable costs, Material balance.
- The operators competency appraisal, feedback, and recognition.
Cooperation with HSE accepted health & Safety Audit, Reach target IF-Safety Frequency Index, IG-Safety Gravity Index; BBS observation;
Near Miss report; lead a dept/riks assessment session;
- Proficiently use SAP supervise to guarantee match sales requirement and maximizing the benefits. Cooperation with logistics to reduce the inventory amount and SLOB (Slow moving) material
- Support made daily plan to ensure product output.
- Daily planning to flexibly control the production schedule for different places.
- Material balance average yearly exceed Management Plan setting target.
- Mointor quality assurance strategies throughout all the process to achieve delivery quality.
- Realize monitor the quality of products and increase repeatability. Reduces the scrap , keep lower scrap rate
- Work on developing new manufacturing technology.
- Cooperation development new material and product reduce material supply strategy risk.
- Continue improvement existing product, reduce production waste and cost make the product more competitive in the market with guaranteed profit.
- Complete new loop product adapts to the rapid growth of new business.
- CAD Proficiency
:
Knowledge of computer-aided design and manufacturing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works). - Engineering Principles
:
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering concepts. - Process Design
:
Ability to design, analyze, and optimize production processes. - Lean Manufacturing
:
Familiarity with Lean principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping). - Six Sigma
:
Expertise in reducing process variation and improving quality using Six Sigma methodologies. - Data Analysis
:
Ability to analyze production data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis
:
Identifying and solving production issues using methods like Fishbone Diagrams or 5 Whys. - Critical Thinking

- Participate in department monthly safety walk, support on implementation of correction.
- Assist the manager of the department to develop risk assessment and the safety SOP update
- Actively report the safety hazards of the department, eliminate the safety hazards found in time, and report to the department manager and HSE.
