• Operating and monitoring a variety of machines to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conducting regular inspections of machinery and performing preventive maintenance as needed.
• Supporting new machine operators and encouraging cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
• Seeking ways to improve machine efficiency and reduce wastage to increase productivity.

• Education – Have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge – Be familiar with various types of machinery and their functions.
• Knowledge – Be familiar with quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
• Skill – Be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Skill – Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Action Oriented – Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.
