Position:
Sally Beauty Advisor
As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, your primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We seek passionate beauty lovers eager to assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding them through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides comprehensive training to develop your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support your growth!
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty
- Recommend complementary products
- Inform customers about current promotions and events
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales
- Enroll customers in our Loyalty program
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values

Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodations
- Occasional exposure to fumes and odors
Physical and Working Conditions:
The role involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts and chemicals.
