Job details
Salary 21.50 to 25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 60 hours bi-weekly
Terms of employment Permanent employment Part time
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
Building service worker course
Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
First Aid Certificate
