WCGH Lead Hand Housekeeper Position

West Coast General Hospital is seeking a dynamic Lead Hand Housekeeper in Port Alberni. Lead your team while ensuring all housekeeping standards meet patient safety requirements.

As a Lead Hand Housekeeper, you will manage housekeeping operations under the direction of your supervisor. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of up to 16 staff and performing critical cleaning tasks throughout the facility. Candidates should possess Grade 10 education and three years of relevant experience, with a focus on effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee housekeeping team in completing assignments

• Perform routine cleaning duties across the facility

Requirements:
