Lead maintenance operations for the essential C-130 Hercules at Coulson Aviation. This full-time role supports aerial firefighting efforts worldwide with a flexible rotational schedule.

Coulson Aviation seeks a skilled C-130 Crew Chief to oversee aircraft maintenance personnel and uphold safety standards. You will ensure airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness for our diverse fleet. As a leader, you’ll receive company-paid travel and have the flexibility to reside anywhere in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor assigned maintenance personnel

• Perform final inspections and sign maintenance releases

• Manage inventory and maintenance-related activities

• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and conduct inspections

• Maintain accurate worksheets and technical logs

Requirements:

• Current Transport Canada AME M2 licence

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum two years of Crew Chief experience

• Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations

• Valid driver’s licence and passport
