$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for guests, always respond in a professional and courteous manner to all inquiries and guest needs
- Answer all phone calls in a prompt manner and ensure callers are treated with kindness and courtesy
- Respond timely to all email reservation requests
- Track and report data as requested by management
- Assist in parking lot management and be available to work in the outdoors directing traffic if necessary
- If called upon in an emergency, follow company processes for notifying management and dispatch services
- Follow all health, safety standards, security guidelines, policies, and initiatives
- Must be organized and detail / task oriented
- Possess an outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
- Must be calm under pressure, with the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively
- Ability to multitask (i.e., speak on the phone, work on a computer while handling the public)
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must be able to work entire season, from Memorial Day through Labor Day without any vacation, or time away from work.
- Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., and perform bending, twisting, squatting activities while being on feet up to 8 hours per day.
- Must be 18 years of age
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
One (1) year of customer service experience.
Resort / National Park Experience Preferred.
