The Guest Services Lead is responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel and hot springs. This role also supports retail operations, providing leadership and guidance to team members while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism.
CompensationHourly rate: $18.55 to $18.55.

Job Responsibilities Front Desk Operations- Supervise daily front desk activities, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure accurate handling of payments, billing, and guest accounts.
- Train and mentor front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest needs and special requests.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality standards.
- Assist with retail store operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Train staff on product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Manage guest services staff shifts.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare reports on guest feedback, operational issues, and retail performance.

Qualifications- Supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
- Previous guest services experience required.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
