Job OverviewPatient Access Representatives are committed to providing quality customer service and collecting quality data for patients entering OMC. They work directly with patients and their families, performing diversified tasks associated with the emergency room, outpatient and inpatient registration, admissions, collecting copayments and communications. They discuss financial responsibility with patients, maintain accurate account information, verify insurance, obtain authorizations/referrals, and act as a patient ambassador.

High School graduate;
Associate’s degree preferred. - Experience:
One year healthcare registration preferred; one year office experience preferred. - License/Credentials:
