- Weekend Premium $4.00/hour
- Lead Premium $3.25/hour
- Preceptor Pay $1.00/hour
- Per Diem Premium 15% (on base plus steps, in lieu of benefits)
- Certification Premium $2.00/hour
- Weekend Coordinator Pay (chg) 5% on regular pay
The Speech Therapist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech language pathology services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service Agreement.
Education- Possesses a degree, which includes an internship from an approved Master’s program in Speech Language Pathology, or as required by applicable law and/or regulation.
- 2 years home health care experience preferred.
- Minimum of one-year clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Current Speech Language Therapy License required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license required.
- Proof of insurance on automobile used for work required.
- Driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended, required.
- OMHH issued work cell phone provided.
- Must have computer internet connectivity (OMHH work laptop provided).
- Must have reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient residences.
