Food Runner
Job Description:
Runs the food to the tables and makes sure the customer does not need anything else. They make sure each customer at the table is satisfied with their food, and if needed brings the customer extra dressing, more silverware, or correct any mistakes about their order. The food runner also pre-busses the table of dirty dishes before leaving the customer.
- Deliver food to tables and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide extra dressing or silverware as needed and correct any order mistakes.
- Pre-bus tables by clearing dirty dishes before leaving.
- 15 years old
- Outgoing personality
- Experience providing excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate with a team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time
- Maintaining standards of cleanliness and following health code requirements
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Timeliness and urgency is mandatory
