Job Description
The Security & Housing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at the resort while managing employee housing operations. This role combines leadership in security protocols with coordination of housing logistics to support a safe and comfortable environment for all.
Compensation & BenefitsCOMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $22.00.

Job ResponsibilitiesSecurity Oversight
- Supervise and schedule security staff to maintain 24/7 coverage across resort facilities.
- Monitor security systems, patrols, and incident reporting to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and guest or staff safety concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of resort grounds and housing areas for security risks.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Manage housing assignments for seasonal employees.
- Oversee housing facilities, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to occupancy policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for housing-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate move‑in/move‑out processes and maintain accurate housing records.
- Train staff on housing policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Prepare reports on security incidents, housing occupancy, and operational updates.
- Develop and enforce safety and housing guidelines in alignment with resort policies.
- Assist with budgeting for security operations and housing maintenance.

Qualifications- Previous experience in security management or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
