Electrical Planner (SAP) – Golden Pass LNG Terminal | Sabine Pass, TX (Port Arthur area)

Precise Engineering is hiring an Electrical Planner to support maintenance & reliability at an LNG facility. You’ll build job plans in SAP S/4

HANA, develop look‑ahead schedules, create job packs, and coordinate with Operations/Maintenance to execute safe, efficient electrical work.

• Plan and prioritize electrical maintenance & reliability scope for the asset.
• Build and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly/4-year look‑ahead schedules.
• Create job packs with drawings, permits, labor/equipment estimates, and materials.
• Generate/coordinate work orders and backlogs in SAP; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Use planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project / Prometheus) to sequence work.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain on materials and access.
• Track KPIs (schedule compliance, backlog health, regulatory checks) and produce reports with charts/graphs.
• Support field execution, resolve constraints, and recommend procedure/training updates.
• Assist with budgeting inputs for electrical maintenance programs.

• 5–7+ years planning/scheduling experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or LNG facilities.
• Strong hands‑on field exposure to electrical maintenance & safe work practices.
• Proficient with SAP S/4
  
  HANA (CMMS work orders, BOMs, notifications, backlog).
• Working knowledge of Planning → Scheduling → Execution best practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills; detail‑oriented and self‑directed.

• Primavera P6 and/or MS Project experience;
  Prometheus toolset familiarity.
• Exposure to scaffolding/rigging/insulation/painting/welding/fabrication estimation (for multi‑craft coordination).
• Experience in PHMSA‑regulated pipeline environments and with gas compression/metering equipment.

• TWIC required (current strongly preferred; will consider renewals/new applicants).
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.

• Onsite, Monday–Friday (with occasional off‑hours during outages/critical work).
• LNG terminal environment; adherence to all safety and permit‑to‑work procedures.
