Join a highly autonomous CRNA team in Southeast Texas with no weekends, no call, and a structured weekday schedule. This permanent W2 role offers a predictable alternating week schedule—three 12s one week, and three 12s plus one 8‑hour shift the next (average 40 hours biweekly).

You’ll earn a nice salary, 35 days off, enjoy full benefits including a 4% 401K match, CME funds, and paid malpractice with tail. New grads are welcome and supported by a collaborative team of mostly CRNAs and some supportive anesthesiologists. Cases can include:
Ortho, General Surgery, OB/GYN, vascular, Neuro and more.
