Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise managers, supervisors, and other business leaders within operations.
- Oversee daily operational functions, focusing on service quality, efficiency, and contract compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Analyze and improve business processes, including scheduling, vehicle utilization, customer satisfaction, and departmental workflows.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate new policies and directives effectively to staff, maintaining morale.
- Collaborate with business development and executive leadership to set operational goals.
- Oversee local payroll processes in coordination with corporate payroll.
- Partner with Human Resources on staffing, onboarding, and employee relations.
- 5+ years in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or related fields.
- 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage pushback and build strong relationships across all levels.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
