OverviewResponsible for performing nursing care within scope of LVN/LPN licensure, participating in patient care, ensuring care plans, medication administration, and clinical documentation.

- Participate in and oversee patient care within scope of LVN/LPN licensure.
- Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with clinical policies & procedures.
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and evaluation.
- Ensure implementation of care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in assigning duties and supervise delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
- Valid LVN/LPN License.
