Overview
The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with the team to perform functions prior to store opening.
Responsibilities- Customer Service:
You are moving around the store at a fast pace, helping customers and answering questions to ensure a positive experience. - Pricing and Signing:
You can adjust ticket prices and signage on merchandise across the store efficiently. - Replenish and Restock:
You understand customer needs and assist sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure the right styles and sizes are available. - Receive and Unload Merchandise:
You work with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom. - Backroom Standards:
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom. - Omnichannel:
Contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving. - Merchandise Strategy:
Implement the merchandising plans communicated by leadership with efficiency and attention to detail. - Learning Environment:
Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

Solve problems and make decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service; execute work efficiently and effectively; inspire strong performance in yourself and others. - Ownership:
Provide great customer service; build positive, inclusive and respectful relationships; take accountability for actions and outcomes. - Intensity:

- Work experience:
1-2 years retail experience.
Base pay range: $12.00/hr - $15.00/hr
