. This entry-level role involves assisting licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in an industrial construction setting. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, capable of performing physically demanding tasks, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

• Communicate effectively with Electricians and team members to execute tasks safely and efficiently.
• Work in environments where hazardous wiring may be present.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and assemble electrical conduit using hand and power tools.
• Splice wires using hand tools, soldering equipment, tape, or terminal gaps.
• Connect wires to fixtures, switches, and power equipment.
• Assist in installing control and distribution apparatus such as relays and circuit breaker panels.
• Unwind and pull electrical cable and secure power connections.
• Perform basic testing of installed equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Disassemble and remove defective electrical components.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies as needed.
• Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing materials during installation.
• Clean and perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Climb ladders and perform tasks above ground level.
• Traverse uneven terrain safely with materials and tools.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently in a variety of tasks.
• Follow all site safety procedures and regulations at all times.

• Minimum 6 months of industrial construction experience required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools effectively.
• Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the trade.
