We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Inspector to join our team in Port Charlotte, FL. Our service area covers assignments in Sarasota and Charlotte counties. With over 138 years of experience, H&H is a trusted full-service infrastructure engineering firm. Our clients rely on us for intricate and innovative engineering solutions, managing the entire life cycle of projects from study through design and construction.
We have over 600 employees across 30 offices nationwide and handle assignments of all sizes around the country and worldwide.
- Perform highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout
- Prepare and check engineering computations
- Inspect construction work
- Conduct field tests
- Coordinate and manage junior-level inspectors
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Four years of construction inspection experience, with two years in bridge and/or roadway/construction experience
- FDOT certifications/qualifications are highly desirable
