Position: Treatment Coordinator
Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Experienced Treatment Coordinator Wanted!
Homoky Implant & Family Dentistry is looking for a highly experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. If you have a strong background in managing complex dental cases and coordinating care, we want to hear from you!
What we're looking for:- Extensive experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office
- Proven ability to handle complex cases such as implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, explaining treatment plans and answering any questions
- Strong organizational skills, able to efficiently manage busy schedules
- A professional and compassionate approach to patient care
- Assist patients in obtaining third-party financing and exploring other available options.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating complex dental procedures
- Communicating treatment details to patients clearly and confidently
- Ensuring smooth patient flow and assisting the clinical team with preparation and follow-up
- Providing exceptional service to every patient and supporting the overall success of the office
