Licensed Medical Esthetician

Our med spa is seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team.

We're looking for an individual who combines advanced skincare expertise with genuine compassion and professionalism. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping clients look and feel their best through personalized treatments, exceptional service, and a deep passion for skincare and cosmetic procedures.

• Perform a wide range of advanced facial and skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, body treatments, and cryotherapy, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and personalized consultations to assess client needs, identify concerns, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Recommend professional-grade skincare products and design customized at-home routines to support long-term skin health and maintain in-spa results.
• Evaluate and monitor clients' skin conditions throughout their skincare journey, noting sensitivities, allergies, and contraindications to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Educate clients on proper skincare practices, treatment preparation, and post-procedure care to promote lasting improvements and wellness.
• Keep detailed records of client treatments and progress, noting any allergies and skin conditions the client may have.
• Ensure a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sterilization standards for all tools and equipment.
• Adhere to and comply with all legal, ethical, and professional standards, upholding client confidentiality and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

• Current Esthetician license.
• Experience in medical esthetics is a plus.
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

Salary: $19.00 Hourly Pay + Tips & Commission

Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during your hiring interview
