The Intermediate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is responsible for providing intermediate onsite Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) support for Advent Health Radiology and Cardiology applications and hardware equipment. The Intermediate Imaging Administrator is required to report onsite at their associated Advent Health facilities, work throughout the duration of their shift, and is responsible for promptly resolving advanced PACS incidents and requests via the Service Now ticketing system while adhering to the organizations established service level agreements (SLAs).

Additionally, this role acts as an Information Technology resource to all imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists and supports the department with day-to-day technology incidents & requests which include but not limited to:
Service Now tickets, imaging workflow builds & configurations, voice dictation & reporting, modality configuration & connectivity, diagnostic equipment, implementation and ownership of project tasks, archiving, prefetching, new initiatives, and other related Imaging Systems and components. As part of Advent Healths mission and service standards, the Intermediate Imaging Administrator participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Report onsite at the designated Advent Health facilities, work the duration of each shift, participate in an on-call rotation, and support our teams effort to provide 24x7x365 PACS support to our Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments

• Maintain accessible transportation for support to primary & secondary facilities during the duration of each shift and when on-call. Minimum of 25% travel

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intermediate PACS incidents and requests via the Service Now ticketing system for imaging related software applications and hardware equipment while adhering to the Advent Health SLAs and ticket processing guidelines

• Serve as an Information Technology resource between imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors; provide prompt technical support / resolution for all Enterprise Imaging systems & components

• Ensure the enterprise PACS system operates efficiently; engage with IT resources, third-party vendors, and clinical staff as needed to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve items such as PACS diagnostic stations / scanners, modality & imaging network connectivity to Enterprise Imaging applications

• Perform routine system / preventive maintenance, testing, installations on PACS applications and hardware to support daily imaging department operations

• Participate in training and mentorship of new Associate Imaging Administrators, Radiologists, and Cardiologists on daily operations and workflow

• Participate in and own imaging project activities: logging time in the project application, providing guidance on imaging needs and requirements, following up on project deliverables, and communicating project details to key stakeholders

• Adhere to ITSM policies and the ITIL framework for planning, operating, and delivering IT services to customers
