LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Port Charlotte, FL and surrounding areas.

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are looking for RN and LPN to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available).

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in the home according to the active plan of care, as prescribed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Participate in preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.
