Job Description Summary

Millennium Home Care (an affiliate of Millennium Healthcare, LLC) is offering a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) position. This role allows you to make a difference in Home Health by providing compassionate and skilled care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment:
    Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management.
  • Care Planning:
    Develop individualized care plans that address patients’ specific needs and goals.
  • Patient

    Education:

    Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self‑care techniques.
  • Clinical Interventions:
    Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.
  • Collaboration:

    Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health‑care professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Compliance:
    Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
Requirements
  • Licensure:
    Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
  • Skills:

    Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient‑centered approach to care.
  • Professionalism:
    Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to providing high‑quality care.
  • Transportation:
    Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
