Registered Nurse (RN) role at Vera Whole Health
Millennium Home Care (an affiliate of Millennium Healthcare, LLC) is offering a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) position. This role allows you to make a difference in Home Health by providing compassionate and skilled care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Patient Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, mental, and emotional health, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and disease management. - Care Planning:
Develop individualized care plans that address patients’ specific needs and goals. - Patient
Education:
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self‑care techniques. - Clinical Interventions:
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy. - Collaboration:
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health‑care professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes. - Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
- Licensure:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. - Skills:
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a patient‑centered approach to care. - Professionalism:
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to providing high‑quality care. - Transportation:
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
