Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Overview

Sam's Club seeks a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate who will maintain high‑quality products and provide excellent customer service while ensuring sanitation and temperature control. The role is part of the freezer, cooler, and deli team that supports members and keeps the store operating efficiently.

• Stand in front‑lines of customer service, provide member assistance and deli product service.
• Receive, stock and zone merchandise, including packages and displays.
• Maintain safety on the sales floor, follow safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling.
• Sanitize and keep freezer/cooler/deli areas clean, monitor temperature controls, verify expiration dates, dispose of lesser quality food products.
• Prepare ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and displays.
• Complete required audits, paperwork and logs.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass all required training and assessments.

• Experience with stocking and customer service in a food environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive customer‑service attitude.
• Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly.
