Apply to join Hallmark Cards as a Field Merchandiser, working independently to showcase your organization, time‑management and retail‑relationship skills while being the face of Hallmark.

Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, support seasonal resets and installations, and work with other products from partner companies when needed.

• Hourly pay: $14.00 – $16.00, based on skills and experience.
• Eligible for annual pay increases.
• Part‑time with a variable schedule; average weekly hours: 9–12.
• Availability required the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Restock, organize and monitor Hallmark product inventory using the provided mobile device; communicate with supervisors and complete required reporting.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional days and extended hours around seasonal demand; may work on holidays such as Valentine’s, Mother’s, Father’s, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, relocating card departments and product fixtures; notified at least two weeks in advance for remodel assignments.
• Team collaboration:
  Support other merchandisers in the network as needed.

Perform physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying cartons or fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and sometimes climb stairs or ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capable of operating a digital hand‑held device.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.
• Access to consistent transportation to reach assigned stores.
