Outside Sales Professional – Alleviation Enterprise LLC
Join a high‑performing sales team dedicated to expanding into key local markets.
SalaryBase pay: $82,000 – $98,000 per year. Performance‑based commissions, bonuses, and stock share options.
Responsibilities- Cover a dedicated assigned territory and make sales calls to small‑ and medium‑size businesses.
- Schedule and attend in‑person meetings with business owners and key decision‑makers.
- Use the Salesforce CRM to generate leads, manage contacts, and track activity.
- Build relationships with local business owners, follow up on referral leads, and re‑serve existing clients.
- Collaborate with your sales manager to set and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Plan, submit, and adhere to your weekly schedule.
- Record daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each work day.
- Outgoing, personable, and confident with a passion for helping clients.
- Easily builds trust and opens conversation with new contacts.
- Resilient and mentally tough, capable of handling daily sales challenges.
- Coachable, embraces feedback, and adapts to change.
