About the RoleThe Sales Account Manager will manage and grow customer relationships within the Southwest Florida region (Charlotte through Sarasota, DeSoto, and Henry counties).
This is a relationship‑driven, field‑based role focused on partnering with underground utility and civil contractors to deliver high‑quality precast solutions. The incoming Account Manager will inherit existing accounts and be assigned new customers from day one — working directly with company leadership to deepen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and support growth in one of Florida’s most active markets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with established customers while developing new ones (80% existing / 20% new).
- Review plans and drawings to provide accurate quotes and technical support.
- Oversee projects from quote to delivery, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to manage submittals, logistics, and timelines.
- Strategically plan account growth, leveraging internal data and customer insights.
- 3 + years of B2B sales experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or building materials.
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and drawings.
- Comfortable spending 3–4 days per week in the field visiting customers.
- Strong relationship‑building skills, professional presence, and self‑starter mentality.
