Job Description: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of apartment units and property facilities. Your duties include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical appliances, plumbing issues, carpentry tasks, and assisting with grounds maintenance. You will collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure our properties are well-maintained and our residents are satisfied.

Job Duties:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs or replacements.
• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units to prepare them for new residents.
• Assist in renovation projects to enhance property quality.
• Maintain the community's curb appeal by assisting with grounds maintenance.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have 1-2 years of handyman experience and your own tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, icemakers, and microwaves.
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team environment with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing top-notch service.
