Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will take charge of the full transactional accounting cycle. This managerial role involves mentoring a skilled team while overseeing accounts payable, receivable, and the month-end close process. Additionally, your expertise will be crucial in implementing financial controls and facilitating accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process and financial statement preparation

• Oversee all accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations

• Support ERP transitions and update accounting procedures

• Mentor and develop the accounting staff through effective communication

• Ensure timely financial reporting and maintain internal controls

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA credential preferred

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Business Central

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting

• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
