Support diverse program teams as a Program Assistant with SHARE in Tri Cities. Utilize clerical skills for office tasks while ensuring smooth operations for client and volunteer services.
In this vital role, the Program Assistant will provide reception and administrative support directly under the Supervisor's guidance. Responsibilities include managing calls, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and assisting with client intake and tracking. You'll be a pivotal player in maintaining organized records and providing crucial information to clients and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct callers and provide information to clients and volunteers
• Assist with client intake and documentation tracking
• Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes
• Perform word processing and data entry tasks
• Manage office equipment and supplies effectively
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent with post-secondary courses
• One year of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and database applications
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
