In this permanent position, you will work 22.5 hours each week, from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Your role encompasses a variety of tasks including document editing, travel coordination for leaders, and logistical planning of meetings and webinars. Engage with high-level contacts and maintain strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support team leader by performing administrative tasks
• Edit and format reports, forms, and manuals
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for leadership
• Facilitate meeting logistics and communication
• Compile promotional and meeting packages for events
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• At least 2 years administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Typing speed of at least 70 wpm
• Strong communication skills with a mature attitude
