Become a Program Assistant with SHARE in Tri Cities, where you will support program teams through essential administrative tasks and clerical work.
Your role is vital in maintaining effective operations and client services.
Working under the Supervisor, the Program Assistant handles various reception duties and supports multiple program areas. This includes phone management, clerical support, and coordinating staff activities. You will assist in ensuring accurate client documentation and provide information to enhance program efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Field calls and provide program information
• Assist with checking program requirement documents
• Arrange meetings, take minutes, and prepare documents
• Conduct data entry and maintain filing systems
• Ensure cleanliness in reception and therapy areas
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent with office training
• At least one year of related experience required
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong initiative and organizational skills
• Typing speed of a minimum of 50 words per minute
