Join BDL as a Contract Operations Administrator in Port Coquitlam, Ontario, responsible for logistics support and administrative tasks. Ideal for candidates with strong data-entry skills and ERP experience.
This key role, under the Supervisor, is a full-time, 18-month contract. Candidates must show flexibility for dayshift, evenings, and weekends. You'll excel with your qualifications in customer service and communication while managing various operational tasks that contribute to efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily reporting and paperwork verification
• Manage scheduling for incoming and outgoing loads
• Engage with customers and third-party carriers confidently
• Process customer credit requests and build manifests
• Take on other operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferably experience with SAP or similar ERP software
• Experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment is a plus
• Exceptional MS Office Suite skills required
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
