Your role will significantly impact operational efficiency and team cohesion.
This position is permanent and provides 22.5 hours per week, working from 9am to 2pm, Monday through Friday. You will assist with various clerical and administrative duties including report preparation, travel arrangements, and organizing meetings. A high level of confidentiality and professionalism is expected when engaging with senior leadership and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver dedicated clerical support under leadership guidance
• Format, edit, and manage important documentation
• Organize travel and accommodations for executives
• Maintain schedules for vacation and absence
• Assist in logistics for events and meetings
Requirements:
• Education in a related post-secondary field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration
• Expertise in MS Office and fast internet navigation
• Typing speed must be 70 words per minute
• Effective communication skills required
