Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service during evening hours

• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers

• Process repair orders, invoices, and warranty documentation accurately

• Maintain organized operational and customer records within the system

Requirements:

• High school diploma;
Business Administration education is a plus

• Experience in administration or customer service roles preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shop management software

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently during evening shifts
