We are seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing inventory levels, sales data, and vehicle compatibility information to optimize stocking strategies and support business decisions. • Analyze current inventory levels and sales trends to recommend optimal stocking quantities
• Identify underperforming or obsolete parts for decommissioning based on historical sales and vehicle application data
• Generate and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to support internal stakeholders
• Meet project deadlines and effectively manage time to support business objectives
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analytic tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organization abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and can work both independently and in a team setting once given direction on initiatives

• Previous experience or internship in Inventory, logistics, or analytics
• Familiarity with automotive parts or vehicle systems is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a bonus
