Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project documentation and distribution effectively
• Review bidding websites and manage retrofit jobs
• Communicate project information to team members accurately
• Track jobs and manage email reminders for the Project Manager
• Support subcontract management and invoice processing
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Project Coordination experience in Mechanical Special Projects
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Proven experience with document control
• Ability to handle vendor and client communications
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
