As a vital member of the Occupational Health & Safety team, you'll support the distribution center operations. You will collaborate with leaders and employees to enhance safety standards and foster a culture of health within the organization. This position focuses on monitoring safety practices, training delivery, and compliance with regulations across British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve Occupational Health & Safety programs continuously

• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations

• Monitor employee safety incidents and observations

• Participate in workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments

• Assist in administering safety training and compliance documentation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety

• Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver's license

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations
